However, by using our Site, you agree to waive the more restrictive laws and agree to be governed by the laws of the United States. Further, if you decide to continue to access the Site from a location outside of the United States, you hereby agree that your use of the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and that your personal information will be transferred or processed in the United States. Your information may be collected, accessed, processed and stored in the United States as well as in any other country where we, our affiliates, service providers, or our third party partners maintain facilities. Information We Collect and Retain

We collect and retain information from persons and entities who visit our Site and other online properties, and/or that engage Company’s services. Such information may include your name, email address, and any other information which you voluntarily provide to us through the Site and/or other online properties; or by contacting us through the Site and/or other online properties. To the extent that you register and login to the Site’s online reporting center, we also collect and retain such information.

We also automatically collect and retain information based on your visit to the Site and online properties, and interaction with such, including your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, software, and platform, geographic location, time zone setting, date, time, and length of your visit, referring and exit domain names and websites, screen resolutions, color capabilities, browser plug-ins, language settings, cookie preferences, search engine keywords, JavaScript enablement, and clickstream data. While an IP address does not identify an individual by name, it may, with the cooperation of the internet service provider, be used to locate and identify an individual using the web. An IP address can also reveal what geographic area an individual is connecting from, or which ISP they are using. Company may collect or receive information using the following directly through the Site, our online properties, and through third parties:

Our services may include the display of personalized content and advertising on our online properties, as well as other websites owned and operated by third parties, as well as related marketing activities. Therefore, apart from use of the above technologies on our Site, with respect to our other online properties, we automatically collect information based on use of such online properties, or when an individual opens and/or clicks on our email newsletters and alerts, or one of our emails, through the use of cookies, web beacons, and/or JavaScript. To the extent that you unsubscribe from receiving future email advertisements from us, we may similarly collect the above personal information to carry out your choice. We also collect information on whether you responded to a particular advertisement featured on any of our online properties, and which third party advertisements and links you click through such.

In addition to our collection of information through the Site, our other online properties, and our email communications, we also may collect and retain information received from third parties, such as advertising companies and networks and consumer data resellers/brokers, by leasing such information for our commercial use. We require representations and warranties that such data was collected and transferred to Company consistent with the third party’s posted privacy policy. We receive the following consumer information from such third parties: first and last name, physical address, email address, phone number, fax number, IP address and any other information the consumer provided to the data owner at the time of registration at the data owner’s website.

No Information Collected from Children

We will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our database. Because we do not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. If you are aware that your minor child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We disclose information to companies and individuals we employ to perform technical functions on our behalf, including hosting of the Site, data analysis, marketing assistance, and providing customer service. These companies and individuals may not share that information with any other third party or use that data for any other purpose.

We use the information we gather on the Site through the reporting function to investigate, respond to the submitted report, and take related actions. This type of marketing may be in the form of email offers by third parties. However, the Service Providers are under written contract not use this information for any other marketing purposes including marketing their own companies and are strictly prohibited from sharing this information with any third party. These Service Providers are retained to enable Company to deliver marketing materials to consumers, verify and update information about the consumer, allow the consumer to unsubscribe from receiving further emails, and better tailor relevant advertising to the consumer.

We will use or disclose your personal information in response to subpoenas, court orders, warrants, or legal process, or to otherwise establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or in the event of a breach in an agreement with us. We will use and disclose your personal information in the event that we believe that a user of this Site will harm the property or rights of us, our owners, or our other customers. Finally, we will use or disclose personal information if it believes it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms and Conditions.

Merger or Sale of Company. In the event that we sell, merge, or otherwise reorganize our business, we reserve the right to transfer and disclose your information to the purchaser or investors, but will require such person or entity to govern the collection, storage and use of such information by the same privacy policy that existed prior to any such business change unless and until you consent to the new privacy policy. In addition, in the event we become the subject of an insolvency proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, we or our liquidator, administrator, receiver or administrative receiver may sell, license or otherwise dispose of such information in a transaction approved by the court. Again, in each of these situations, the recipients of the consumer’s data may potentially be located in any country in the world.
